I have been renting from Blue Family Development for the last 3 years and couldn’t have better things to say about Brandon and the team. I have leased apartments for the last 10 years around Denver, in other states and even in another country, and this is by far the best company I’ve ever rented from.

Brandon is the most attentive landlord and will ensure you’re taken care of with any needs in a timely manner; you don’t have to go through any lengthy, online processes when you have a request like other companies who take days to respond, and oftentimes, the response is from someone who passes you off to someone else, making it a hassle. With Blue Family Development – you will ALWAYS receive a response from a person who is knowledgeable and can help you.

I locked myself out of my apartment once and Brandon was there within an hour and a half with spare keys to let me in. There are no surprise fees/unclear expectations between the landlord and tenants with this company, and the best part is how easy it is to have zero hassle anytime you need something.

His staff are also incredible and will do anything they can to ensure you’re taken care of. I needed a piece replaced in my dishwasher and a gentleman from his staff ended up creating a placeholder out of some wiring material until the part came in. I have referred Brandon and his team to two people who are now renting from him and understand why they have the reputation of being the best in town!

Going on 4+ years at Washington Street, and love calling it home.  Brandon the landlord is easy-going, accommodating and unbelievably considerate of his tenants- always giving fair warning for changes and notifications, and even giving me ample notice when construction would be going on in a neighboring unit so I could plan to be out of the house and away from the noise. 

All of my repairs have been handled within 2 business days of my notifying Brandon, and always by clean, friendly professionals who are in and out quickly, If I'm unable to be home Brandon always offers to be present. I especially appreciate that the units are always 'refreshed' and usually modernized between tenants so you never feel like you've moved into a used space. last but not least, it's the ideal location with walking distance to Cherry Creek, South Broadway and Wash park!!! Cant give the Blue Family enough praise!
